본 연구는 근대화 이후 급격하게 변천되어온 우리나라 농촌지역의 원형의 모습을 확인하고 그 변화양상을 고찰하기 위한 기초연구로서 근대 이후 농촌지역의 변천과정을 경관유형별로 비교하고 검토해 봄으로써 한국 농촌경관의 근대화 과정에서 보인 보편적인 변화 경향을 파악하고, 나아가 농촌경관의 정비 및 개발에 시사점을 제공하는 것을 주 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 근대부터 현대에 이르기까지 농촌지역의 거시적 경관 변화를 야기한 국가사업 및 지자체별 사업계획 분석과 함께 근현대 시대별 농촌 사진의 비교?분석을 통하여 변화 양상을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 개발계획 검토 및 사진 분석을 통하여 도출된 변화 양상을 검증하기 위하여 전국 농촌마을 20지역의 현장 답사 및 주민 면담 조사를 시행하여 해당 마을의 변천과정 및 그 내용을 도출하였다. 농촌지역 경관 변화양상을 파악하기 위한 경관의 유형은 주거경관, 생산경관, 녹지경관, 수변경관, 가로경관, 상징 및 신앙경관의 총 6가지 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 근대 농촌경관의 변화 양상은 거시적으로 일제강점기의 농민?농촌계발운동 및 각종 개간사업과 광복 후 농지개혁, 토지개간사업 및 간척사업 등에 의하여 많은 영향을 받았으며, 현대에 이르러서는 대단위농업종합개발사업, 새마을 운동 등에 의하여 많은 영향을 받았다. 최근에는 중앙부처에서 농촌지역 환경 개선 및 지역 주민 삶의 질 향상을 목적으로 추진된 농촌종합개발사업, 녹색농촌체험마을사업, 전통테마마을사업 등의 어메니티중심개발사업 등이 농촌경관의 변화에 직?간접적으로 영향을 주고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 이는 근현대 시대별 농촌사진 비교분석과 현장 답사, 주민과의 면담조사 결과로 뒷받침될 수 있었다. |

The purpose of the study is to compare and examine a basic research for considering the variety phase of the rural transition on a landscape pattern and understanding a general tendency of rural modernizing process in Republic of Korea to verify the prototype of the rural landscape after modernization. To achieve its goal, examine and analyze an aspect of variety between modernization and present rural pictures. Also a national enterprise and local governmental operation those have changed macroscopic landscape from the modernization to the present has been examined. To verify aspect of a change from a development project verification and also with a photo analyzation, twenty variable rural regions have been explored, the present condition of the changed landscape has researched, also residents of the region have been surveyed to find out about changes from the past. For understanding transition of rural landscape pattern are dwelling, production, greens, waterside, street, symbol and religious landscape which are classified into six categories. Classified landscape pattern of modernized rural landscape transition aspect is influenced by farmer?rural community enlightenment movement during Japanese occupation, land development work also farm land reform and land reclamation work after the independence then comprehensive rural development and Saemaeul movement which were national policy have influenced nearly the present. On the other side, central ministries and offices has promoted amenity central development work like rural comprehensive development and traditional theme village project to elevate life quality of rural community is influencing rural landscape variation directly and also indirectly. It has been confirmed by comparing and analyzing rural photos of modernized and present era with surveying results of regional residents. |
