빛공해지도는 도시의 빛공해를 분석하고 관리계획을 수립하는데 유용하다. 그러나 요즘에 빛공해지도의 제작방법을 찾아보기 어렵다. 그래서 본 연구에서 빛공해지도의 작성법을 제안하였다. 야간경관에서 휘도를 계측하기 위해서 어안렌즈가 장착된 LMK 모바일 장비가 사용되었다. 서울에서 종로와 퇴계로, 강릉에서 경강로와 금성로가 휘도의 비교를 위해서 선정되었다. 평균휘도와 총량휘도지수가 두 도시의 도로를 비교하기 위한 지수로 사용되었다. 총량휘도지수는 보행자의 특정 시점에서 관측될 수 있는 간판과 가로등으로부터 발산되는 휘도의 누적값이다. 연구결과, 강릉의 2개 도로에서 총량휘도가 서울의 도로보다 높게 나왔다. 특히, 1층에서 고휘도의 조명을 사용하는 경강로에서 가장 높은 값이 나타났다. 이는 서울의 주요 가로에 있는 조명이 효과적으로 관리되고 있음을 보여준다. 총량휘도는 도시에서 빛공해지도를 표현하는데 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있다. |

A lighting pollution map is useful to analyze the urban light pollution and to establish the management plan. But nowadays it is hard to find the useful lighting pollution mapping method. So In the study, we proposed the lighting pollution mapping method. The LMK mobile especially equipped with fish-eye lens has been used to capture the luminance of the light in nighttime. Jong-ro and Toigye-ro in Seoul, Gyounggang-ro and Geumsung-ro in Gangneung were chosen to compare the luminance. An average and total luminance index were calculated to compare the roads of 2 cities. A total luminance is cumulative luminance from the streetlamps and electric signboards which could be measurable in specific point of pedestrian. As a result, The total luminance of the 2 roads in Gangneung came out very high level than Seoul's. Especially Gyounggan-ro formed the highest total luminance because the 1st story shop used the high powered signs. It showed that the lights of major street in Seoul has been controlled effectively. A Total luminance showed the potential to describe the lighting pollution in city. |
