This study is conducted under the premise that the development density is considered the characteristics of the local differential. First, research the range of 5 urban zones on 2030 urban master plan(possible agenda). Second, select the factors affecting the development density on 5 urban zones. Third, analyze state of realization ratio and regression analysis on 5 urban zones. As a result of analysis, realization ratio is affected by residential area and commercial area. There is no correlation between to realization ratio and factors of the distance to the center, land-use complex, complex facility. It is different that 5 urban zones is on state of realization ratio and affected by factors.
