And the studies on modulo architecture which can satisfy economical advantages and various characteristics are required in Korea. Modulo architecture can be utilized by the various types including schools, houses, hospitals, military facilities, and relief facilities but now a small number of companies are just impetuses to supply of modulo houses in Korea now. The purpose of this paper is to present the basic study to apply and plan modulo houses to wider types by analyzing their utilization.
