Small-sized residential facility 요약2 The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of introducing the Senior Share House as a residential alternative for the aged living alone in the urban area. The face-to-face interview survey was conducted targeting single aged over 60 years or older. It was investigated their current housing and living conditions including overall opinions of senior share house(needs, attitude to move, planning requirements and preferences etc.). The key findings of this study are as follows: 1) 85% of seniors participated in this study responded the senior share house was needed. 2) The aged living alone preferred continuing to live at the place they had lived.
