The architectural field much effort to improvements of thermal insulation performance because generally the performance of thermal insulation of windows is lower than envelope of building. Also they are effort to improvement of the optical performance in order to secure the function of window like a view and daylight. And the performance of window with the shading install are important. The shading used to block excessive solar radiation. This study confirmed the variation of heating & cooling load by the performance of window and the shading in office buildings. Also this study confirmed the variation of simulation result that changing the characteristic of shading.
