The main purpose of this study is to analyze Japan's communitybased integrated care system that respond to the concept of aging in place (AIP) and its cases. In Japan, they have offered Community-Based Service since 2005, and the advanced system which include integrated support categories and consolidated community/local resources will started in 2015 by The revision of Long-term Care Insurance policy, 2012.
