Along with rapid advance of technology, according to expeditiously changing corporate environments, smart work makes an appearance as a way of creative management for intelligent workers' productivity and for propping for a new communication medium. Smart work strives for overall change in corporate work program, organizational culture, technology fields and office environments, etc., among which change of office environments, as a spatial solution is to be called a valuable field for supporting newly employed way of work, changed system, and institutional organization culture. To embody smart office as a spatial solution for practicing smart work as above, this study purposes to investigate space compositional characteristics and meaning and further explore a methodology for smart office design in the future. Also, this study may find it meaningful to try to establish individual self-regulation and creativity through corporate development and human centered work environment. |
