본 연구에서는 夏商代에서 秦代까지의 도성계획에서 朝寢영역과 대응하여 각 시대의 종묘·사직의 위치와 규 모에서 드러낸 의미를 파악하고자 한다. 먼저, 고대도성계획에서 宗廟와 社稷의 성격을 논하였다. 둘째, 夏商代 偃師 二裏頭에서부터, 偃師 商城, 殷墟 小屯 등을 거쳐, 秦代 咸陽城까지 순차적으로 역사문헌과 발굴조사보고를 근거로 각 시대별 고대도성계획에 서 조침과 의례시설을 중심으로 복원하여 그 배치양상을 이해하였다. 셋째, 각 시대별 복원된 도성계획에서 조침과 의례시설의 입지와 비교하여, 시대별 종묘?사직의 성격, 규모, 건축구성, 배치, 위치 등의 변화양상과 그 의미를 해석하였다. |

This thesis explores the nature of both Ancestral Temple (thereafter called Zongmiao) and Altar of the Land and Grain (thereafter called Sheji), and their characteristics related to their arrangement, size, and location, through the restoration of ancient capitals from Xia-Shang to Qin times drawing upon historical literature and archaeological field surveys, and then investigates the meanings which intend to reveal through their choices in the city planning of the eras. Therefore, this study will proceed as follows: first, it describes the characteristics of Zongmiao?Sheji in the planning of ancient Chinese capitals; second, from Xia-Shang to Qin times, employing historical sources which are relevant to buildings and daily life of the times, this thesis discusses the location changes of Zongmiao?Sheji of each era; third, exploiting historical documents, relics, and excavation reports, it comprehends their situational characteristics associated with Zongmiao?Sheji, and ultimately finds substantial meanings for the preservation and reuse of historical cities. |
