The new Construction Technology Promotion Act becomes effective to support and promote the development of related construction industries and construction technology for domestic and overseas markets. The purpose of research is to analyze the main contents of Construction Technology Promotion Act and to investigate corporate status, problems, and issues. The research is conducted to improve as reorganization of the CM service system based on the interviews with experts. Accordingly the research is to derive countermeasures of CM enterprises.
