유럽지역의 타일접착제는 시멘트계 드라이모르타르가 보편적으로 사용되고 있으며, EN 규정에 따라 C1, C2로 구분된다. 또한, Cellulose ether는 타일시멘트의 레올로지 및 접착강도 특성에 큰 영향을 주는 첨가제로 일반적으로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고급형 타일시멘트인 C2 배합을 개발하고, 이에 적합한 Cellulose ether를 적용하여 타일시멘트의 젖은 모르타르 특성 및 접착강도를 측정하였다. |

Cement based tile adhesives (CTA) are widely being used in Europe. According to the EN, it categorized as C1 and C2. Cellulose ethers (CE) are essential additive for tile adhesive as water retention and thickening agent. It strongly affect on rheology and adhesion strength of CTA. In this study, we developed high performance type, C2 formulation and tried to adopt appropriate type of CE, moreover, we measured fresh mortar properties and adhesion strength of the formulations. |
