In our model, the endogenous variables are employment and GDP, exogenous variables are value for overseas construction of civil engineering, industrial facility, building construction, electricity. The results of empirical analysis showed that the civil engineering has positive effect on employment and negative effect on GDP, industrial facility has negative effect on employment and positive effect on GDP. Based on the result of analysis, the different type of the support policy would be effective depending on the national economic conditions.
