So we have employed a questionnaire survey method to find reduction strategy common service facilities defects in apartment and 33 experts associated with apartment hosing development participated in the survey. The questionnaire are composed of mainly three parts, 1) frequency of detects in common service facility, 2) evaluation of defect reduction, 3) importance of defect reduction strategy. the result of questionnaire was analyzed using statistical analysis using SPSS Ver 17. This study shows that apartment building account for about 63% among the defect types in apartment housing. and it was caused by crack of outside wall.
