According to 2013 data from the National Statistics Office, the domestic residential supply rate has already surpassed 100%. With enhanced standards of life of the general public, the demand for a comfortable residential environment is increasing, in addition to the fundamental satisfaction of residential conditions. To achieve this, the need for research and supply of long-life public residential housing is increasing. In response, the Ministry of Construction and Transportation have announced the rating of the main performances of residential housing in January 2006, to operate a residential performance rating indication system. On December 30, 2011, the "environmentally friendly architecture certificate system" and "residential performance rating indication system" were integrated to be renamed as the "green architecture certificate system" in February 2013, based on the green architecture composition support law. Recently, the residential performance rating indication system was separated again, but, its specific regulations are not clear, and the standard of public awareness is low. Thus, this study intends to analyze the domestic research trends and compositional factors for the commercialization of long-life residential housing. Based on which lies the purpose of providing basic data to expand and commercialize the supply of long-life residential housing. |
