The solution to this problem, terrace house is the best residential type for preserving sloped terrain and makes good harmony with the surrounding landscape. Housings in Worlden Hills 1 Complex are distributed organically along the irregular contours and correspond with existing natural environment. This complex is consisting of only terrace house residential type in accordance with topographical characteristics. In this respect, Worlden Hills 1 Complex terrace house is determined as worthy of study because it is the first terrace house in Korea which emerged from existing residential format by using sloped terrain and natural landscape. First, housing distribution is linked organically in curved shape and placed in accordance with the natural landscape.
