쿠로즈미 주택은 일제강점기 나주시 영산포의 일본인 최대 지주가 거주했던 건물이다. 나주시의 일제수탈을 상징 하는 대표적인 건축물 중의 하나로서 역사적 의의가 있으며, 일본식의 주거와 서양식의 사무실이 혼재하는 일·양 절충식 건물로 근대 주택양식의 특징을 잘 보여준다. 본 연구에서는 쿠로즈미 주택의 변용을 분석하고 원형을 추정하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 구체적으로는 쿠로즈 미 주택의 현황과 특징을 파악하고, 현재까지 어떠한 변용이 이루어졌는지에 대하여 고찰한 후, 마지막으로 쿠로즈 미 주택의 평면 원형을 추정한다. 쿠로즈미 테츠야(kurozumi tetsuya)의 스케치와 현재의 평면을 비교하면 북쪽에 있는 방의 수에 차이가 있을 뿐 전 체적인 공간구성은 현황과 거의 동일하며 외관은 잘 유지되고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 주요한 변용으로는 주택규모의 변화, 공간의 변화를 들 수 있다. 주택규모의 변화에는 부엌의 증축, 화장실의 증축, 북쪽 통로의 신설, 기존에 있던 북쪽의 욕실과 방의 철거 등을 들 수 있다. 공간의 변화로는 부엌공간의 변화, 난방 방식의 변화, 창호의 변화 등을 들 수 있다. |

The Kurozumi house is the residence where the richest Japanese landowner of Yeongsanpo in Naju City lived during the Japanese colonial period. This house, one of the most representative buildings that symbolizes the exploitation of Japanese imperialism in Naju City, has a historical significance and shows the characteristics of the modern housing style as a Japanese-Western eclectic house including Japanese living space and Western-style offices. The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformation of the Kurozumi house and presumption its original form. In detail, it is to realize the present condition of the Kurozumi house and its characteristics. From the transformation of the Kurozumi house, the original form is estimated. As a result of comparing the sketch of Kurozumi Tetsuya and the current floor plan, it was found that its space organization and external appearance didn't change much except the number of north rooms. The major transformation of the house are the changes of the house size and space. The changes of the house size include the extension of a kitchen and a restroom, construction of a north hallway, and demolition of a north bathroom and room. The space changes include the space in kitchen, heating method, and windows and doors. |
