This research for the spatial configuration of the post-disaster refugees housing is conducted on the basis of spatial prototype according to the point of view of temporary, short-term and mid-term. The contents of this paper is developed as follows. First, this paper considers the necessity of spatial planning to improve post-disaster refugees housing with social, economic and architectural points of views. And this study suggests the planning elements to be derived from architectural and environmental constraints of the post-disaster refugees housing. Second, this study analyzes the proper types of post-disaster refugees housing. And to satisfy its residing conditions this research reviews the basic and physical needs as well as the social and cultural needs of refugees.
