In the library related business field, professional children's library business especially for children has also shown change and development since 2005 and can be said to be beneficial in terms of social and cultural aspects because cognitive development is promoted according to personal and intelligent growth through education and reading during the critical period of children in the process of human growth. Korean children's libraries are rapidly increasing according to the policy support and 82 national?public and private children's libraries were found to be operated for now.
