A house serves as an adjunctive role to secure the right to life of a person by offering diverse services to residents, and overcome human limitation. IT technology arising from advanced technology offers diverse services that can consider integrated management service of healthy house. Nonetheless, as customized housing service is required to resolve resident requirements considering very various environments and services, it needs a very complicated and difficult decision making process. Hence, this study aims to draw healthy housing service and healthy housing environment performance factors required for the aged by utilizing individual life log data and the relationship between them. This study structured the relationship diagram of 11 house environment performances and 9 healthy house services derived from case life log data of residents. The 'service-performance network' set forth as a result drawn from this study is applicable to case data of the aged A. The 'service-performance network' set forth in this study enables service decision-making to provide integrated management service of one-to-one healthy house by utilizing life log data of residents. By systematically managing and making decisions on diverse services and environmental information for healthy house environment by utilizing data mining technology, this study has its significance in that it makes an attempt to enhance resident satisfaction and offer service suitable for situations. |
