The actual medical profit is decreasing due to changed medical environment and increased expenses. So the government and medical institutions are getting interested in medical tourism industry, and among them, they pay attention to wellness industry which is unity of medicine and health management. The research and investment related to wellness industry are being carried out to overall society throughout the world. So this study introduced existing data from previous studies and analyzed building elements on wellness industry. And the types of buildings were defined by analyzed building elements. The case examination was performed by comparison and analysis according to building types.
