As a basic study to deduct performance evaluation techniques of zero-energy apartment buildings, the appropriate evaluation plan suitable for the definition of zero-energy apartment buildings is to deduce. Plans have been deduced whether the goal of zero energy could be achieved by estimating the quantity of production of renewable energy and primary energy consumption of existing Tool and research of advanced documents for this. In this study, the features of existing energy performance evaluation tools such as ECO2, e-BESS, PHPP and EngergyPlus have been analyzed. The purpose of development, weather data, usage profile, passive, active, in each Renewable System field input data, input type and calculation method, type of final result data, user friendliness, availability of zero-energy confirmation etc. have been reviewed in this study. Also, simulations for 4 tools were executed per tool by selecting targets living in apartment houses. Zero-energy performance that can be varied in accordance with each tool was evaluated. As a result of simulation, in case of ECO2, e-BESS the result was ?0.53% and 7.53% based on the result of average rat. Incase of PHPP and EnergyPlus the result was calculated ?9.73% and 2.70%. It is assumed that the difference was made due to the differences between simply assessment method(Monthly), dynamics simulation(Hourly) and particulars of input data. Besides, the energy performance evaluation could be available by using existing tools for evaluating of zero-energy. |
