요약2	Currently in the case of public construction work, economics of the design has been reviewed in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. VE results tends to focus on initial cost reduction rather than a comprehensive VE review considering the maintenance phase. For improving construction maintainability during construction cycle, this study investigated the VE about new construction of Korea Jobworld case and characterized correlation of maintainability through analyzed VE ideas. As the result, this study suggested the improvement by each business phase for improving maintainability and improved VE Job plan was proposed. I expect the results of this study will be used as the basic data at the time of revison the VE relevant laws and regulations in the future.
