In recent years, the housing market has taken a variety of variable plans by resident’s needs. But performance is little. Development through the demolition made a number of problems such as increase of construction waste and the waste of resources and energy has been exposed. So nowadays interest in remodeling is increased. Accordingly, that there is a need for Long Life Housing longer use (durability), convenience maintenance (maintainability), easily changeable plan (flexibility) is emerging. Based on that, this study targets the most common size of apartments 59㎡ for variable Long-life Housing planning. |
