So nowadays interest in remodeling is increased. Accordingly, that there is a need for Long Life Housing longer use (durability), convenience maintenance (maintainability), easily changeable plan (flexibility) is emerging. Based on that, this study targets the most common size of apartments 59㎡ for variable Long-life Housing planning. |
