Related to housing, Green Architectural Certification System that was implemented in 2002 is the most prominent one. There are also other guides lines by components related to housing. However, Green Architectural Certification System has limitations in that: only some of the rules required to obtain certification are being observed; guidelines being distributed are not comprehensive; and general public is not aware of it. This research was conducted to propose a new and comprhensive design guideline for healthy housing that general public can easily understand based on what is described above.
