The business place, old and new habitation site coexist in the old urban center of Incheon. Centered on the subject site three sites have been decided to be the redevelopment areas; the habitation sites of these areas, which face the border of school site, are sprawls with the complicated allies. School is supposed to provide childeren with safe zone for study and play, but the subject school site has the problems such as dangerous commute routes, lack of play zone, and the revetment in a sharp hill, which makes a big shade as well as blocks the access of habitants. Thus, I suggest that deconstructing the border and making a public park that supply rest site for the areas, place for communication for habitants, safe eco-play zone for children. |
