요약2	Building Performance Simulation (BPS) tools can predict building performance and energy consumption. However, there are difficulties for users to apply the tools for existing buildings. In this study, the authors introduced the development of an energy performance profiling system for existing buildings. The profiling system is based on a set of artificial neural network models trained through pre-simulation data of EnergyPlus. Pre-simulation cases were populated by a Monte Carlo technique and the profiling system is focused on office buildings. The neural network models can predict energy performance in good agreement with energy use prediction by EnergyPlus.
