There is a assumption that a pattern of North Korean migration follows that of South Korean based on 1970-1980s. Physical as well as psychic distance is taken into forecasts of the migration from North Korea to South Korea at regional level. In addition, disparity of income between South Korean and the migrant is considered for migration-forecast of North Korea.
