요약2 |
Korean traditional classical music is the type of music unique to Korea, which differs from Western music. However, pansori or other types of Korean traditional classical music have been performed in multipurpose halls or concert halls, which are based on performance of Western music, and the need for performance halls appropriate for Korean traditional classical music performance has been suggested. In addition, the failure to conduct systematic research on the acoustic characteristics of Korean traditional classical music performance halls has led to lots of difficulties with design, construction, and remodeling of the halls. From this perspective, this study aimed to measure and analyze the characteristics of the bass ratio and reverberation time in six Korean traditional classical music performance halls. The data are expected to be useful to fully reflect the characteristic of "reverberation" appropriate for the Korean situation in building a Korean traditional classical music performance hall. |
