This study consists of a few sections. The one focus on introducing the definition and meaning of urban regeneration in the theoretical literature in both country. The other aims to analysis the process and strategies of case study projects ‘Cottbus’ Germany. Finally, The conclusion suggest that the Urban Regeneration Strategy must be determined by local and regional conditions, if it will be successful.
