This study requires a new understanding regarding a method of expressing the elements of spaceness observed on the renovation of modern architecture. The study categorized the expressive elements presented in spaceness into physical, behavioral, and semantic composition by examining precedent studies, and examined case studies to contemplate planning method of layout, form, internal and external space on which expressive elements of spaceness are applied. Through the process of the study, it is able to reconfirm the intrinsic value of spaceness and discover that the expressive elements of space are revealed diversely through the renovation. |
