요약2	One of the biggest challenges of the 21st century, Korea will become the one-person households applied to the old problem with an aging population. South Korea is expected to account for 24% of the total population District 1 Is exceed 20% of the annual increase in the total households in 2030. In this study, a solution was noted that the interior space of the "share house (Share-house) '. As is the 'share house' in Europe and Japan emerged as the new Housing and active and to have 20 young people, including students and community rookie mainly resident it is underway in Europe and Japan. In our country is also the center of Seoul and downtown 'share house' is spread began to be pushing the share type housing policy of "housing dure" in the government. However, recognition or understanding or research on space Share House social interest is very low compared to the poor. The basis of this study, first applied the concept of a new type of residential Cher House for nine and a comparative analysis of domestic practices and is currently operational materials about the need to focus on personal space and shared space for future share by House-efficient interior space design to be used as material.
