However, items on safety of buildings depend on the judgment of the architects and the structural engineers and there is no procedure to verify that even if they committed a bad design. The purpose of this study is introduction of regional architectural safety center to carry out a technical review in order to prevent misconduct from happening and to ensure the safety and performance of buildings. This study establishes the direction of the regional architectural safety center through the interview of experts and draw implications for the center by analysis of domestic and international case studies.
