요약2	The loss from industrial accidents in Korea has been increasing annually, and the construction industry has the highest death rate among all industrial accidents. Among construction accidents, accidents happening in a small construction project are accounted for 70%. It is analyzed that industrials accidents mostly arise from unsafe behaviors. The cause analysis is needed unsafe behavior to prevent construction accidents. Therefore, The aim of the research is to identify incurring factors of unsafe behaviors in response to the problem of why accidents happen more frequently in small construction projects than large construction project. Methodologically, incurring factors derived from the literature review will be verified and modified by construction professionals in order to conduct a survey for further analysis. The analyzed results implies that habitual routine of workers is the most serious problem, and the severity of safety control item was the lowest by the fact that eighty percent of survey target consist of safety management. In addition, the result of additional unsafe behavior incurring factors confirms that the small construction site has culture that forces productivity. It is difficult to determine the validity of this paper since analysis result has insufficient samples. Therefore, incurring unsafe behavior factors should be supplemented with additional data collection and interviews with workers.
