For this reason, regulations are researched and analyzed for piloti's design. And the 20 residents in the Hangchon Districts were chosen to be interviewed. Finally, this study suggests that the new community space in low-rise hosing block of inner city rehabilitation or redevelopment. The conclusions is as follows. First, low-rise housing newly built hereafter should plan community space for neighborhood regeneration. Second, the piloti plans should be done by the analysis of residents' needs. Third, modification of existing facilities should be adapted to mixed uses.
