요약2	Specification, material costs in the form to be submitted at the time of the construction contract, labor costs, is a document that has been recorded in the order includes the expenses. Despite construction cost on the basis of the unit cost of the specification is an important document that can be increased or decreased, unified standards for the creation specification has not been provided. The specification, the amount difference of history items appear larger have been fully described in not included or are distinguished. Therefore, the efficiency of many construction than necessary item of the specification is lowered, thereby, construction costs are increased. In this study, through the case analysis of the specification, so that it is possible to increase the efficiency of work proposed a method which can solve the current specification problems.
