High rise buildings, taking spaces instead of old city tissues that remind citizen of their lives and history, may provide needs of density in city, however it will discard the identity of Seoul. Sungsu-dong is Semi-industrial district located center of Seoul. Many industrials fall behind and became empty. On the other hand, big redevelopment undertaking are held that put neighboring pieces of lots together to build massive offices.
