In preparation for aging society, welfare of elderly people is considering importantly by the time. For this reason, we need residence environment to meet today elderly's demands. The elderly people - different from past - want to sustain their location and use physical environment when they was young. To improve the quality of life of the elderly, we distinguish aging process with physically, psychological, social property to using CCRC(Continuing Care and Retirement Community). Therefore, in this plan, decide program based on the CCRC's components of Independent living, Assisted Living, Nursing Home, Adult Day Care Center, Community Center and then constitute it through Sajik-dong location analysis. So this plan suggest recognition improvement about elderly facilities to protection of the quality of life of the elderly. |
