본 논문의 목적은 공동주택의 진입공간에 대한 사회적 인식과 그 의미의 중요성을 부각시키고, 공동주택 진입부의 주경관 구성요소에 대한 사례분석을 통하여 향후에 보다 나은 디자인 방향을 제시함에 있다. 연구의 대상지는 2011년부터 2015년까지 세종시에 준공된 55개의 아파트로 선정하며, 아파트의 진입부 경관을 구성하는 주요 시설물을 주출입구 게이트, 경비실, 상가시설, 측면경계시설, 부출입구로 분류하고 31개의 세부적인 조사항목으로 세분화하여 현장방문을 통한 각 요소별 빈도분석표를 작성하였다. 그 결과로서 아파트 주게이트의 구성은 '상가와 아파트 결합형''이 가장 바람직하며, 보행자 전용 진출입용 게이트의 설치, 주차공간의 지하화, 주진입부에서 원경을 확보하는 주동 배치계획, 포컬포인트 요소로서 수공간·식재·경관조형물의 설치, 부출입구 게이트의 설치 등이 필요한 것으로 드러났다. 특히, 동일한 형상을 대량으로 반복하여 생산하는 현재의 주거건축에 대한 경제논리에서는 진입공간의 다양한 기능과 그 의미가 단순하게 연결기능으로만 축소되어 조형적인 측면만을 강조하는 추세이다. 그러므로 위의 결론사항과 더불어 진입부 영역을 '외부경계영역-매개영역-내부경계영역'으로 세분화하여 계획한다면, 도시와 단지를 왕래하는 보행자들에게 그 영역의 변화에 대한 공간의 전이감과 공동주택의 진입부에 대한 '소통과 경계'의 의미를 더욱 강화시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. |

The purposes of this study are to recognize the importance of social awareness and spatial meaning and to propose the better way of design the visual elements for entry spaces of Apartment complex through the case study. The research sites were selected the 55 apartments that completed between the 2011 and 2015 in Sejong city. The main components that make up the scenery apartment were classified into entrance gates, guard rooms, retail shops, lateral boundary facilities and sub- entrances. And they were again subdivided into 31 items. Accordingly, I analysed the frequency profiles based on field survey. In the results of the analysis, It confirmed the most preferred 'the combination of shop and apartment' type' in main gate design, and the need for installation of pedestrian entrance gate, underground parking lots, layout for vista securing, focal points as aqua spaces·plantings·landscaping facilities·sub entrance gates etc. In most existing Housing complexes that mass repeating the same shapes has been applied only economic logics. So it has been highlighted only figurative aspects as simply connect features rather than various functions and meanings for entry spaces. Therefore, in addition to the above results, if it detailed distinction by designing the entry spaces as 'inner-boundary, region-mediated, outside-boundary', it will give the transition sense of space for the change of the regions and will enhance the meaning of 'communication and boundary' for the entry area. |
