요약2	The ratio of single-person household continues to increase and especially because of the increased percentage of sad marriage and late marriage and extended period of education and employment preparation, long-term young single-person household increase. The purpose of the study was to investigate awareness, residential intention and preference property of Living-shared share house for young single-person household. The result of this study would be useful information in developing Living-shared share house for the young single-person household. The data for the analysis was collected through online questionnaire survey method from July 8 to 31, 2016, and the sample consisted of 168 respondents aged 20-30s. The data were analyzed using SPSS programs. The results were as follws : 1) Young people’s awareness of share house was high and they were positive to necessity and residential intention of share house also. 2) The main reason to live in share house was to save housing costs and to have relationship with peer like leisure and interest. 3) Young people were positive to participation in activity with residents.
