However, problems such as inflow of the outside air and noise from the change of balcony construction have occurred. Therefore, in order to assess the efficiency of the change in balcony structure, 85m2 building in the Dongjak district of Seoul was targeted to analyze the required amount of cooling and heating in accordance with the type and efficiency of the glass on the used extended balcony.
