Recently, ICT has been key technology in all industry, and also building industry, ICT widely used in building life cycle. For example, 3D model based design is very common in these days, and more such as CAD or DB are also ICT based tools. One of the noticeable technology is BIM, which is contain whole data on building in 3D model, and will be the way one step further. Another noticeable technology is BEMS, which is total energy management system contained analysis, prediction and optimized. Two solutions have correlation in building model, basic information and ICT Technology, and if they are integrated in one system, than it can be the way to achieve the sustainable building. This study focused on development of BIM based building simulation, which is point of contact on two systems for integrated two system. Focusing point is interoperability in simulation modeling, and variables between simulation modeling. |
