요약2	Natural ventilation as an energy efficient ventilation strategy has been installed in residential buildings. Also Hybrid ventilation coupled with natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation is issued in the world in these days. Hybrid ventilation has a lot of advantages in terms of IAQ control and energy saving effect. Whatever natural ventilation or hybrid ventilation, the key issue is the real time calculation of the ventilation rate with natural ventilation system. The calculation of ventilation rate with natural ventilation is based on outdoor air-velocity, wall surface air-velocity and pressure difference between indoor and outdoor. In this study, the real time calculation methods of natural ventilation rate were analyzed in actual condition.
