In construction industry, the human resource is more important than other industry. Especially the construction skilled worker is the main resource of construction field. However, the turnover ratio of construction skilled worker is more higher than other industry. The object of this study is to find the influence factors through the literature review. The earlier studies suggested the various factors to influence the turnover intention of employees and architectural design workers. This study select the 12 factors; wage, welfare, career recognition, job stability, work environment, duty compatibility, job significance, workload, self-improvement opportunity, competitiveness, relationship with higher official and coworkers. |
