요약2	Housing space is the most basic living space in human life, and proper housing space is a space that directly affects human healthy life and happy life. Although the 'minimum housing standard' has already been studied in many advanced countries for a long time, the importance of 'minimum housing standard' has been overlooked in Korean housing culture. In Korea, the 'minimum housing standard' is considered to exist but it is even becoming a existent. The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the previous studies on the minimum housing standard, focusing on domestic articles. Previous studies were analyzed by Content Analysis Technique. A total of 32 preliminary studies on the minimum housing standards in Korea have been published since 1997, which was insufficient both quantitatively and qualitatively. The 'minimum housing standard' is a subject that should be constantly of interest to the government, and it should be continuously studied. In addition, research that reflects changes in households and social conditions should continue. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis to diagnose the current state of the preceding research related to the minimum housing standard and to search the direction of research for the minimum housing standard in the future.
