It is aimed to clarify the role of the school and the complex facilities in the school site as a regional base in the new city and to improve the economic efficiency and the availability through coexistence of the two facilities. As a new alternative to public facilites, vey active research and planning is underway. Through this study, we propose theplan elements which should be carefully examined from the layout to the entrance plan in the construction of elementary school and complex facilities in one site, and the problems that arise in the process of realizing such an architectural plan as a result of the study.
