요약2	The purpose of this paper is to derive the energy efficiency improvement of green remodeling. A target building was selected in order to analyze the energy saving of the green remodeling enforcement and then to compare and analyze the energy efficiency improvement of the actual building energy used before and after the green remodeling construction. The conclusion of the study was obtained by the analysis of the energy consumption of three green remodeling buildings. The first case is the building in which the existing windows is replaced by high efficiency windows. The energy consumption fell by 3.9% in the summer, 5.1% in winter, and the maximum energy consumption fell by 2.4%. The second case involved supplementing the existing window frame with insulating material and adding a inner high-performance window frame. After construction, the energy consumption fell by 16.6% in the winter, and the maximum energy consumption fell by 16.7%. The last case demonstrated that the building which its windows were replaced with high-performance windows and supplemented with insulation along with high-efficiency machinery experienced a 17.6% reduction regarding energy consumption during the summer after green modeling.
