요약2	This study suggests appropriate financing and financing structures by analyzing short and long term measures of urban regeneration project according to the size of the project and risk level. Results of this study are summarized as follows. First, in order to promote urban regeneration projects smoothly, it is necessary to finance various types of real estate financing such as budget for national housing, urban fund, and funds through private investment. Second, it is necessary to find a funding plan suitable for the scale of the urban generation project. Third, the financing structure should be diversified when the project is implemented in accordance with the nature and risk levels of urban regeneration projects. It is important to secure stable financing so that urban regeneration projects can be implemented continuously.
