오늘날 의료시설들은 점차 대형화, 기업화 되어가면서 각 의료시설마다 차별화된 공간 디자인의 필요와 고객들에게 전략적인 마케팅 제공에 대한 수요가 크게 늘고 있다. 의료시설은 치료 중심의 공간으로 쾌적하고 위생성을 중시하는 공간을 제공해야하는 기본적인 기능과 주로 환자들의 공간으로 병원에 대한 막연한 두려움을 감소시키고 감성적 공간을 제공하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 지금까지의 의료시설 디자인은 주로 제도적, 기능적 측면의 시설 개선 위주로 개발이 진행되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 차별화된 의료시설 디자인을 위하여 최근 들어 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있는 심리적, 정신적 치유를 하는 방법 중 하나인 컬러 테라피 기법을 도입하여 환자들에게 효과적인 치료에 도움을 제공하는 기능 및 기존과 차별화된 미적 공간 디자인을 제안하고자 한다. 컬러 테라피가 적용된 의료시설 디자인은 기능적 측면에서 쾌적하고 안전한 의료시설 디자인을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 심리적, 감성적으로 환자들에게 치유 능력을 향상 시키고 치열한 경쟁 속에 놓인 의료시설에 컬러 마케팅을 통해 의료시설에 디자인 전략적 가치를 배가시켜 줄 수 있을 것으로 전망한다. (연구방법) 본 연구는 문헌 연구의 단계로는 의료시설에 기본 역할 및 특성을 고찰하고 컬러 테라피 개념과 원리를 바탕으로 각 색채별 컬러 특성 및 효과를 분석한다. 또한 각각의 색채가 가지고 있는 고유의 컬러 치료 기능을 이용하여 공간 안에서의 색채연출이 인간에게 끼치는 정신적, 육체적 효과를 분석 한다. 이를 이용하여, 의료시설의 공간별로 특성에 맞게 효율적으로 컬러를 대입시켜 적합한 디자인을 제안 한다. (결과) 이에 본 연구에서는 현 시대의 의료시설의 특성과 전략적인 의료시설 디자인을 위해 컬러 테라피를 공간별로 적용한 컨셉으로 각 공간별 기능적 특징에 맞게 디자인 계획을 제시하였다. 공간 구성은 로비, 복도, 어린이 병동, 치과 병동, 휴게 공간, 수술실, 병실 등 의료시설의 대표적 기능적 특징이 드러나는 공간을 선별하여 기존 공간 이미지를 개선시키고자 하였다. 그 중 수술실은 핏빛 보색 잔상을 예방하기 위하여 그린(Green), 블루(Blue) 컬러로 제안하고 가장 두려움을 많이 느끼는 치과 공간에 우울한 기분을 상승시키는 그린(Green) 컬러를 포인트로 전체적으로 안정감을 주는 화이트(White)로 마감하였다. 또한 환자들의 왕래가 많은 복도 공간은 쾌감 호르몬을 분비시키는 옐로우(Yellow)와 진정과 안정의 효과를 주는 블루(blue), 그린(Green)컬러를 적절히 사용하여 환자들에게 우울증 예방 및 에너지 회복 기능을 도움을 주고 자칫 지루해 보일 수 있는 긴 복도에 다양한 컬러와 패턴을 주어 단조로움을 없애는 디자인 제안을 한다. (결론) 컬러 테라피가 적용된 의료시설 공간 디자인은 기능적 측면에서 쾌적하고 안전한 의료시설 디자인을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 심리적, 감성적 효과로 환자들에게 치유 능력을 향상 시키고 치열한 경쟁 속에 놓인 의료시설에 색채를 통한 마케팅 전략적 가치를 배가시켜 줄 수 있을 것으로 전망한다. |

As medical facilities are becoming larger and more commercialized in recent years, there is a great demand for differentiated space design for each medical facility and strategic marketing for customers. It is important for the medical facility to provide a treatment-oriented space that is comfortable and sanitary, and to reduce the anxieties of patients and their guardians visiting or staying in the hospital mainly by providing designed space which delivers comfortable feelings to them. However, until now, the medical technologies, instruments, skillful doctors were the main factors in running a medical business but now the importance of medical space designing is highlighted in this industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to introduce the color therapy technique which is one of the psychological and mental healing methods that have recently been actively researched for differentiated medical facility design, And aesthetic space design that differentiated from each other. The design of a medical facility with color therapy not only provides a pleasant and safe medical facility design but also improves the healing ability of patients through psychological and emotional implications. Such double-sided effect of colour therapy is anticipated to double its strategic value. (Research Method) This study examines the basic roles and characteristics of medical facilities in literature and analyzes the characteristics and effects of each color based on the concept and principles of color therapy. We also analyze the mental and physical effects of each therapeutic colors in used in space. Hence, we propose a effective therapeutic colour design for each space of medical facility. (Result) In this study, considering the modern characteristics of medical facilities and strategic medical facilities, each room is designed with the customized therapeutic colours. The representative functional medical spaces of hospital such as lobby, hallway, children 's ward, dental ward, resting space, operating room and patient’s room were selected for the designs to be applied. Of these, the operating room is designed with green and blue colors to prevent bloody complementary afterimage, and a green color is used in designing dental space to alleviate fears of the patients. The corridors where many people come and go, is designed in yellow, which secretes the pleasure hormone, blue, and green which makes the viewers calm and ease. These colours help to prevent depression and the energy recovery and also the colourful design makes the long boring hallway interesting to walk. (Conclusion) The therapeutical colour designs of medical facility space do not only provide pleasant and safe medical facility but also enhance healing ability of patients with psychological and emotional effects and be used as effective marketing strategy. |
