요약2	Currently, the number of people with developmental disabilities is increasing rapidly as the population ages. In particular, persons with developmental disabilities have the highest rate of retirement in the third category. The purpose of this study is to extract the requirements for the planning elements necessary for the development of small - scale community housing as a housing alternative for vulnerable developmental disabilities. The method of this study is a user participation planning workshop method in order to actively involve users in design planning process. To do this, we use tools such as drawings, drawings, and blocks that can be understood from the user's point of view. The result of this study is that participants' opinions are shared and the consensus of community housing has been derived and the capacity of planning and community participation has developed. This will help stabilize the housing of vulnerable groups as a way of future customized housing plans for the disabled.
