Further more, they mentioned new transparency in the concept of architectural works. Sejima mentioned “I think that I try to find some kind of transparency without transparent material” in a conversation with Alejandro Zaera in 2000. It means that literal transparency and lightness which are main characteristics shown SANAA’s works are not their intentions for architectural concepts. The purpose of this study is to analyze what transparency theories applies and how is constructed in SANAA’s works.
